Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy
At Round in Oman, we value our customers’ satisfaction and ensure transparency in all our transactions:

• Bookings can be canceled at least 48 hours before the service date for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service may incur cancellation fees or be non-refundable, depending on the service type.

• No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

• Services cannot be returned once delivered, but we are committed to resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
